This topic is a bit old, but I'd been looking for this for years too, and just finally managed to piece it together yesterday. I had to go to four different sites, and download parts of it and hope they fit together, but it worked. If anybody is looking for this, I have it, and am willing to make a torrent and seed it. Also, atlas and tranlation aggregator work with this.
