got a quit question this game only have the three battles or is there some way to get it to get past the screen after the third

hi i was wondering if there were any more parts too this game yet?
ive made it to the part where you convert the high priestess girl and it gives you your rateing or whatever then says something about being continued and the game ends.
also, was there an english patch for this game? i dont really need the story cause its kinda self explanitory, but i was thinking it might be nice if some of the menue options and stats could be displayed in english. and i dont know how to do this myself.
