I should tell a bit more about my request. I do not wan't to see how ALIEN is fucking girl. I just wants some scary elements, something like Divi-Dead.

I was going to recommend Divi-Dead, then I saw your second comment.
You could try Saya no Uta or Chaos;Head but this isn't an eroge. Maybe Tsukihime.
