He's talking about the update file, hosted at Uploading. I'm also having problems with this site (they've got unavailable many files). Anyway, as DM says, update and savegame files are included in the torrent.

Please, seed this torrent, I'm stuck at 67.5%...I mistakenly downloaded the after story (quite fast, may I add) first and now I want to play this game T.T
